Payments and Shipping
Payments:
I accept payment via paypal. Please take note that all payments must be
cleared by bank before shipment. I charge sales tax for sales within
California state.
Shipping:
All items are shipped by USPS. Insurance and confirmation are optional
at the buyer's expense. Only shipping to USA at the present time.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Please look carefully at the picture of the item you are purchasing as this
is the actual item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are
not happy for any reason, within 7 days of the receipt of the item, I will issue
a full refund minus shipping. We just ask that the item be returned in the same
manor as which it left the studio. Please contact me if you should ever have
an issue and I will work with you to resolve it.
